| Booking Hotels

You are recommended to complete the hotel bookins as early as possible. |
1. If you have not yet registered the conference, |
| Please click here to be directed to the conference registration web page and follow the instructions to complete your registration. The online registration form allows you to choose from a variety of hotels to book your accommodation from during the registration process. |
2. If you have already completed conference registration but have not yet booked your accommodation, |
you can log back in to your booking to add accommodation. Upon completing conference registration, the online system provided you with a booking number e.g. B309945 (you can find this number on the confirmation email sent from icme2012_reg@icme2012.org ). Click here to log back into your online registration form. Enter the letter B followed by your 6 digit booking number in the login field and enter the password you created upon registration into the password field. When logged in, select Modify Booking. This will open your registration form where you can click on the accommodation tab to amend your booking. Ensure you click next and submit your booking on the finalise page to save your amendments. |
